Start ServiceThis platform facilitates the direct purchasing of halls and hospitality services for government entities and contractors through a streamlined process that utilizes pre-negotiated pricing within framework agreements executed by EXPRO (the entity responsible for unified procurement) and contractors.
Service Level Agreement- Log in to the platform and select the required service (halls) or (hospitality)
- Click on "Create New Request" icon
- Filling out the application form
- Select the "Create Request & Select Providers" field
- For off-site service requests, select "off-site hospitality" and provide specific location details.
- Confirm the request
- Upon request confirmation, the entity's representative can submit the request to available service providers for requested item and track its status. Request statuses are Open, Accepted and Cancelled, while the Follow-up statuses are as following: - Accepted - Rejected - Pending supplier offer - Pending entity decision
