The Government Expenditure and Project Efficiency Authority (EXPRO) developed this platform to achieve one of its strategic goals: enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of government procurement in the Kingdom and expanding strategic purchasing procedures. This is accomplished by automating most of the services and processes EXPRO provides to government entities in government procurement activities. The platform offers several key services, including managing the lifecycle of framework agreements, contract management for strategic purchasing, management of government procurement categories, as well as reviewing tenders for government entities. Additionally, it provides other services that enable government entities and EXPRO staff to complete tasks easily, efficiently, and effectively.

Displaying the training programs of EXPRO Academy, allowing for registration requests and the issuance of certificates for trainees.

This platform facilitates the direct purchasing of halls and hospitality services for government entities and contractors through a streamlined process that utilizes pre-negotiated pricing within framework agreements executed by EXPRO (the entity responsible for unified procurement) and contractors.

The platform allows government entities to submit their quarterly reports, review initiatives and achieved savings, and provide feedback to ensure raising the maturity level of the entity’s initiatives and promote collaboration.

The process for submission of results, the entity's self-assessment of its current status and the uploading of requisite documents for each indicator in accordance with the stipulated criteria.

This platform is dedicated to monitoring the status of construction projects in a pioneering initiative at the national level. It aims to enhance the efficiency of project management and expedite project delivery to beneficiaries by collecting and analyzing reliable data related to government entities' projects. The data is processed through the automation of measurement methods, implementation mechanisms, and approved cost calculations. The platform is also integrated with various government systems and platforms to support decision-making with up-to-date information and comprehensive analytics.
