Government Spending Efficiency and Projects Authority (EXPRO) enables the listing of unused items through this platform, allowing other government entities to utilize them before they are offered for sale. This step is based on Article (80) of the Government Tenders and Procurement Law and Article (19) of the Government Warehouses Rules and Procedures, which allow government entities to transfer surplus movable assets to other government entities within a specified timeframe. The platform operates in accordance with the regulations governing movable government assets and aligns with the rules and procedures of warehouses, supporting the Kingdom's drive towards efficient and transparent resource management.
