It offers a dynamic, professional work environment that fosters personal and career growth, contributing to a healthy and forward-thinking workplace culture that nurtures the next generation of leaders. This initiative aligns with the Human Capability Development Program under Vision 2030, which seeks to empower Saudi citizens and enhance their global competitiveness.
