
Eng. Hani Shata
Executive Vice President for Enablement and Implementation Follow-up
Eng. Hani Shata holds the position of Executive Vice President for Enablement and Implementation Follow-up. He has a rich professional career spanning more than eighteen years, characterized by a qualitative diversity of experience spanning entrepreneurship, academic work, and work in both the private and government sectors. This has earned him a comprehensive vision that combines strategic planning with organizational execution. Throughout his career, he has held a number of senior leadership positions in the fields of management, executive and engineering consulting, and business sector management, in addition to his specialized experience in strategic planning, public investment management, and the development and improvement of national policies. He has also held several key roles as a member of several national and specialized committees and programs.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in architecture from King Abdulaziz University and has completed advanced executive training programs at Harvard University, the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), and the Prince Mohammed bin Salman College of Management and Entrepreneurship (MBSC). In addition, he holds an Advanced Black Belt certification in the Lean Six Sigma methodology. He is currently continuing his research within the Executive Master's program in Economics at King Saud University.
