Eng. Saqar Al-Deghaither

Eng. Saqar bin Ali Aldeghaither serves as the Executive Vice President of Strategy and Digital Transformation, as well as the Acting Executive Vice President of Corporate Services. He has over 19 years of experience, during which he has held several leadership positions across both military and civilian sectors. Throughout his career, he has led numerous national and technological initiatives and projects, in addition to managing financial portfolios that had a measurable impact on improving expenditure efficiency within government entities. while working at the Government Expenditure and Project Efficiency Authority (EXPRO), Eng. Al-Dughaythir has contributed to the development of studies and methodologies to enhance expenditure quality, ensuring alignment with national priorities and strategic objectives. Eng. Saqar holds a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering and has earned multiple certifications in Change Leadership, Project Management, and Executive Leadership from globally recognized institutes and organizations.
