Eng. Hosam Alghofaily

Eng. Hosam Ali Alghofaily serves as Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Executive Director, he held several leadership positions in EXPRO since 2019, including Excellence & Quality Executive Director and Acting Executive Director of Strategy and Performance Management. Alghofaily has nearly 15 years of experience in both government and private sectors. Previously, he worked in Aramco’s Inspection Management for 9 years within and outside the kingdom, where he worked on several projects including merchant facility inspections, procurement quality management, and engineering consultancy, along with his experience within EXPRO in the areas of Operational Excellence, Strategic Planning, Operating Model Development, Policies and Procedures and Continuous Improvement. Alghofaily holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM).
