Eng. Abdulaziz Esam Nasserdeen serves as the Executive Vice President of Policies and Strategic Studies at the Government Expenditure and Projects Efficiency Authority (EXPRO). With over 20 years of professional experience in both the public and private sectors, his expertise spans digital transformation, information security, fiscal policy, and strategic planning. He has held several leadership positions at key government entities, including the Capital Market Authority and the Ministry of Civil Service. Within EXPRO, he has played a pivotal role in driving service efficiency and shaping strategic operating models. Eng. Abdulaziz holds a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals, and a Master’s degree in Information Security. He has also completed leadership programs and global executive certifications
