Eng. Riyadh Almohawes serves as the Executive Vice President of Strategy and Organizational Excellence, and the Acting Executive Vice President of Human Capital and the Academy at the Government Expenditure and Projects Efficiency Authority (EXPRO). With over 18 years of experience spanning both public and private sectors in areas such as strategic planning, project management, governance, organizational excellence, transformation programs, and change management Throughout his career, Eng. Riyadh has held several prominent leadership roles within government entities, including the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF), Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority, SABIC, Ministry of Commerce, King Abdullah City for Atomic and Renewable Energy, Takamol Holding, and Advanced Electronics Company. He also represents EXPRO on various boards and committees focused on enhancing institutional performance and expenditure efficiency. Eng. Riyadh holds an MBA from Aston Business School in the United Kingdom and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from King Saud University.
